After the upgrade my ipad 2 to ios 7, , after finish. on screan appears "slide to setup". with a variety of languages​​.

I tried to slide, but no change.

I try to turn off the ipad, but still appear "slide to setup".

Then I take it to apple service, and try to repair the OS, but still the same, still appears "slide to setup".

Then they say it looks like the hardware "touch screen" defective.

Now I am so confused, my ipad can't use.
